I recently turned a very special Majestic pen with a Historical Wood from George Washington's estate. This kind of pen needed a special box. Everything about the insert is great, nicely padded, fits the box with a friction fit.... BUT, the pen is too tight in the insert requiring you to pull on the clip to get it out. Allowing a little more room or designing in a recess to allow for a finger grip and it would be a five star product.

The latest batch of these inserts with thinner backing material is just what the Majestic ordered.

These are great for the larger kits like the Majestic. With the smaller inserts, that style of pen won't fit inside a box properly. These are necessary if you want to put that large style pen in a box.
