I have to agree with the first review. I had the same problems. It just doesn't seem to fit together correctly. One tube is definitely too small and becausee of that the fountain converter wouldn't fit. I only purchased this because I had a client who specifically requested it and I just don't feel comfortable selling him a pen of this low quality. As with the first review I am generally happy with PSI but this was a dissapointment.

I have turned and assembled a lot of dirrerent pen kits over the last few years and have never had a problem, except for those of my own making. This kit however was difficult at best. The bushings were the wrong size, one of the brass tubes was over a half inch short and I never could get the cap to fit the way it should. The vast majority of kits from PSI are fantastic, but this one was rather disappointing.
