Fit was perfect It saved the wear and tear on my disc sander and it worked like a charm. The tip of the trimmer is useles for these sleeves but cleaning inside of tubes is easily accomplished with a small file. For those of you with fit problems, my trimmer has a very small collar up by the cutting head and the cutting head must be adjusted downward to hide that step.

The sleeves were a very tight fit. One sleeve got stuck on the trimmer and was a pain to get off. Never had this kind of problem with any other barrel trimmer sleeve.

Neither sleeve would slide onto my barrel trimmer. The larger diameter (9/16") would not fit into the tube. I tried each sleeve on 3 different mandrels, and it would not fit any of them.

It would have been helpful to give a little more instruction on how they work. Works nicely once I figured it out.

I have to say I ma very disappointed with the manufacturing of this sleeve. The bore where the trim bit goes in was too small. When using the sleeve the trim bit got stuck. I had to remove the chuck on my press to put the sleeve in a vice to remove the bit from the sleeve. Once it was removed I had to bore the hole larger just to make it work. You would think they would calibrate there tools.
