Slimline Pro Black Titanium Click Pen Kit

This is another fine finished black titanium product. It was also my first click pen to assemble so alot of my problem is on me. When I assembled it, the click mechanism didn't work well or smooth. I later found out that my tubes after I trimmed them where about 1/32" short on each. The length is very critical or the refill will not retract all the way and won't work smoothly. The other thing I would recommend is spraying the plastic click mechanism parts with either some teflon or silicone that will dry but still lubricate. I'm thinking of buying some 8mm tubing stock and cutting it about 1/16" oversize than the stock tubes. It looks like there is room with the plunger and if the trimmer cuts in a little bit no harm. Otherwise another great product that builds into a beautiful writing instrument

Very nice pen for the money

Needed a pen and pencil set for my day-planner, and the Slimline kits work great. The black Titanium is very striking in appearance, and so far very durable. The pen mechanism is very precise, and put together much better than kits from other companies. Assembly was straight forward, and the pen pretty much fell together.
