The kits are easy to use and allow me to make nice sets. My family and friends can hardly believe that I made these sets. My wife is my biggest critic and I can even please her at times.

I gave pen and pencil sets to my wife and three kids from my initial turning efforts. I also am using two sets to check the quality of the slimline pen and pencil sets. The pencils have shown a tendency to get the leads stuck. When I asked my children about their pencils, they said they had to unscrew the ends occasionally to get the leads unstuck.

A very nice kit, but diagrams of the pen the way it's shown in the catalog would have been nice.
