Mini E-Z Blanks, Rosewood, 20 Pak
These E-Z Rosewood mini-blanks are the "Slimline" size that is cut exactly to 9/16" x 9/16" x 2-1/32" and drilled with a 7mm thru hole. They're ideal for Slimline pens, Comfort pens and any Slimline profile made with the PSI duplicating system. They'll save you time and energy cutting and drilling your wood to size. The blanks come conveniently packaged in packs of 20 blanks, enough to make 10 complete Slimline or Comfort pens.

The ease and simplicity of these blanks is what makes them. Very easy for a newcomer and time saving for an advanced turner. I use them before craft shows to quickly produce some added stock to my pen displays....

Wonderfully Simple

I used these for a High School Manufacturing class just before the end of school. It was our wrap up project. The students loved that the blanks were ready to begin working right from the package and were in awe over the beauty of the finished products. The only problem we saw was that we had to match the wood sections up so that a student did not end up with a really dark and a really light piece. We wil be grabbing more of these for next year!!

This is the easiest and fastest way to make your pens. Most of the dull boring work has been done! About the only thing Penn State could more would be to turn the blanks and then they would have all the fun to.

Pieces are cut and drilled to size, however it is difficult to match up pieces for grain and tone. I suspect pieces are cut, drilled and packaged without regards to matching top and bottom.

These blanks are great, and they turn down nicely. Having them pre-cut and pre-drilled makes it so much easier!
