Set of 3 High Speed Steel Benjamin's Best Roughing Gouges: 1", 2" and 3/4", all 19" long. The roughing gouge is primarily used for aggressively reducing square spindle blanks to round cylinders. The result is a rough cut blank ready for detailing with the spindle gouge a skew chisel. Don't try to use a roughing gouge for bowl turning. Includes Models LX240, LX250, LX260.
