Good Scraper

I'm a relative newbie, and after a lot of reading, concluded that a scraper would help me achieve a smoother finish. This Benjamin's Best scraper has fulfilled that objective for me wonderfully. It's well balanced and easy to use. A very good addition to my set of turning tools.

Works great on small boxes and/or vases. Almost impossible to get a catch as the cutting edge is below the center.

I do spindle and bowl work with this tool and love it – it works great, is easy to sharpen and holds an edge quite well. I highly recommended it. The most amazing thing is the price. It’s every bit as good as tools I paid in the $50-$80 range for.
