Benjamin's Best High Speed Steel 1/2" Standard Skew Chisel - 15" Long. The skew chisel is a very versatile tool used for cutting precise smooth finish surfaces on the outside of spindles. It is also used for cutting vee-grooves and forming beads. It is ideal for facing off the end of cylindrical workpieces and can even be used for shaping shallow concave curves in spindles.

Purchased this smaller skew for better detail on pens. Works great. Took very little to dress it up for use. Holds a good edge.
