I tried this on my PM 90 and the insert is too short for the adapter to seat against the spindle collar and it doesn't run true.

The adapter is well machined and quite sturdy. It allows me to use my current four jaw chuck on a much bigger lathe, thus saving me hundreds of dollars. Great product.
