Works great. Used on a white stone with a deep groove smoothed out the stone in just seconds.

I've never used any kind of diamond dresser before, so this is my first. It was attractively priced and trued up a very dirty wheel. Liked the large square surface...it makes it almost impossible to screw up your grinding wheel. Some of the diamonds ground off the first time I used it, but for less than $15 it's worth it to buy another. And I still have a lot left to go!
