I had bought two of these a couple of months ago for my wife and me to carry on trips. We liked them so much, that I bought another two for around the house. The batteries seem to last forever, they take hardly any room in a suitcase or lady's purse, and are nicely styled and made too. Being 72 years old, I find I need a flashlight to see a lot of settings on my woodworking tools and these lights are just the ticket for that too.

Compact with a great beam. Very bright. Better than my big "D" cell.
