1-1/16" Forstner Bit - Forstner bits are designed to drill flat bottom or through holes cleanly in end grain, thin stock, veneers and regular stock. They enlarge existing holes with ease and can bore any arc of a circle. These bits will not move off center through usual grain or knots. Their accuracy and clean hole are ideal for turning projects.

The bit was dull. The inside of my pepper mill was very very rough not at all like what I wanted.

Penn State was the only place to find a 1 1/16" forstner bit to drill a peppermill blank. Worked just great along with the extension for an eight inch peppermill.
