Nice caliper...seems very accurate. Only drawback is that the foam in the storage case is stiff enough to trigger the power button. Every time I open the case to use the caliper, it is already on. I suspect battery life will be short due to this. I am going to try to carve a divot in the foam to cure this.

At a recent woodworking show, I looked at a digital caliper that displayed fractions to 1/128". I found it almost impossible to move it to an exact desired fraction. This one displays to 1/64", and that makes all the difference. Who can cut to less than 1/64" anyway? The fit and finish of this tool are excellent.
