I was disappointed with some of the small defects. Two of the screws sripped out. The flage connecting the pipe to the motor was bent. The rim on the canister had a large out place. The instructions for mounting the canister were poorly written. The paint was cracked. I have yet to turn the motor on so I hope that is operates better than it was put together.

I am very pleased with this dust collector. It is very powerful and reasonably quiet. The fit and finish seem very high for such a reasonably priced unit. The assembly of the main unit was straightforward, but the canister assembly instructions left a lot to be desired. I think that the unit is an excellent value and highly recommend it.
