Excellent product and Penn State service. The product made turning a couple small segmented pencil holders a breeze. It made the projects a pleasure. Also, excellent service from Penn State. I had a small issue with the initial order and Penn State send a replacement part quickly and free of charge. Penn State gained a customer for life.
