Just got to use my new Barracuda Lathe Chuck and love it. The four Jaw System is easy to Use. I have tried other four jaw chucks that you have to adjust independently and they are a pain. Now all I have to Worry about is what my next project will be.

Great Item

I recieved my Barracuda 2000 chuck yesterday and immediately put it to use. It is almost self explanatory, really no need for a manual. Beautiful set of jaws, I've tried them all. It is very simple to change the jaws, only takes a few minutes. All the tools are supplied. I chose this chuck over the 3000 because of price and I am completely satisfied. It takes two hands to tighten once it is on the lathe but as long as you put your workpiece into the chuck first, that is no problem at all. I would definitely recomend this chuck to anyone shopping for a chuck and wanting to spend a little less. Plus PSI has a great customer service department and I am more than pleased with the speed of shipping. Great product, great company to do business with.

Super Chuck

I'm a beginning lathe person and this chuck is of very high quality. Very easy and smooth operating, came with protective oil coating and very fine moving tolerances. Provides good grip on big and small pieces.

Great Chuck for the Money

This is a great chuck, and is perfect for my Jet mini-lathe. The jaws all work well, and everything comes in a nice molded plastic case. The only reason I didn't give it '5 stars' is because the screw chuck was a little hard to use, and kept working itself loose on me. It doesn't come with any instructions on how to attach it properly, so that might also have been the problem. I think I'll just buy a separate screw chuck that attaches directly to the spindle. Other than that, this chuck is excellent.
