Bad platingI would advise anyone considering this to know that the plating is poor and any extended use in wine bottles results in bluish green crystals growing on every nick in the the surface. This ruins the stopper and the bottle of wine.

bottle toppersThe bottle stoppers are an excellent project and work very well with wine bottles.

Great ProductI am very happy with this product. My customers love the look, and I love the ease of putting the whole thing together.

Good productOk kit, would be nice if it were made of stainless steel.

fabulousExcellent!! you gotta get one

bottle stopperI have done several of these now, and they've all been easy and attractive.

Bottle StopperGreat product, and made my wife very happy. Got a few more Brownie Points.

Vintage Bottle StopperI am fairly new to woodturning but I am enjoying the hobby so far. I started out using the Classic bottle stoppers which work fine but I recently purchased several of the Vintage style and after making several stoppers I found that I like the look and how they fit and look when placed in a wine bottle. Both types of stoppers are quality made but I will continue to use the Vintage stoppers now that I have compared the two.

Vintage Wine Bottle Stopper in Chrome w/ Black Silicone StopperNice style,, I like them

vintage wine bottle stopperI make a lot of stoppers from various local trees and shrubs. I've probably made about 900 in the last 2 1/2 years. I would use the standard cone shape chrome bottom and thought the look was pretty good, until I started using the vintage style, My customers noticed the difference right away and liked the lower profile above the rubber stop. My fancier stoppers with turquoise inlay are now selling at a faster pace. A lot of turners use the cork bottom because its cheaper but take it from me, the customer does not mind paying for the better look.
