Great materials

The materials provided with the kit are great except I missed William Sullivan comment on the similar 3/4" lathe chuck starter kit. Drill bit provided is per PSI instruction sheet of 23/64" but in most woods makes it a slip fit over 3/8"-16 chuck! Threads on mandrel are formed by upset rod and are .369 OD. 23/64" drill in end grain wood just too big. William suggested 21/64 or 11/32. I may just use standard 5/16" drill and tap 3/8"-16NC. I'll be creative and save wood block by turning around and putting an inlay on the top to cover the hole. PSI please look at kit drill size and maybe include smaller drill.
