I have used these barrel hinges for making boxes for pens. They could not be easier to install, look good, and work beautifully. And they're very economical.

Customers love the Hinges. I make custom boxes for all my pens. The hinges really add a touch of class at a very low cost. Use a 5mm drill bit and they fit very tight. I use a drop of CAC glue to secure permanate fit. Doug Shields (shieldswoodshop.com)
