Good, not perfect

Good: bag strength, filtration. Not perfect: sleeve for band clamp was very tight on one, extremely tight on the other (requiring vise-grips to hold the band clamp tip to pull it through). Wish were better: the window. A pointy chunk of debris got sucked up and blew right through the window, rendering the bag essentially useless, as it's hard to tape up fabric/plastic interfaces... especially dusty ones! Honestly, the window seems unnecessary, as a quick touch of the relaxed bag gives an easy indication of fullness. Positioning the bag such that the window is 270 degrees rotated from the inlet would probably save you some trouble, as debris would have an opportunity to lose some kinetic energy before reaching the window.

1 Micron Dust Collector bag

Purchased 1 micron dust collector bags for my 15 year old Penn Ind. DC 1 dust collector. After installation, which took about 45 minutes,I was amazed at the increase in suction of the dust collector. This is an economical improvement to help improve the efficiency of the DC1.

I needed a replacement bottom bag since the plastic blew out when it was cold in my shop. I not only received the bottom bag, but also the top bag. The bottom bag is an exact replacement. However, the top bag is two inches shorter than the original.

Great Performance

I bought a set of the 1 micron replacement felt bags for my 1 1/2 HP Grizzley Dust Collector. I liked them so well, I bought a set for my 650 CFM Jet dust collector also. They have reduced fine dust by 75% in my shop.
