Our Online Ordering System
Penn State Industry online catalog uses a "shopping
cart" system to process online ordering. Browse our online
catalog if you would like to purchase a product click the "buy"
button. You will then be directed to the product page where you
can enter the quantity you would like to purchase by clicking the
"Add To Basket" button. To return to the web page, click
the "Continue Shopping" button. You can add, or remove
the products in your basket at any time before you check out. To
view the products in your shopping cart click the "View Cart
Contents" button on any web page. When you are ready to check
out, click the "Check Out" button . Your connection with
our server will then "go secure" and all information you
send us will be encrypted to protect your privacy and security.
If you are ordering with a credit card online, enter your credit
card number (without spaces or dashes) and your expiration date.
When you hit "continue" your order will be submitted,
and you will see a thank you confirmation.
Search
our Online Catalog:
You can easily search our site for an item of interest.
The "Search Catalog" feature is on the left side of
every page in our site. Start a search by entering a Product name
or Item number in the "Search Catalog" box, then click
the "SEARCH" button underneath it. The Search results
will give you links to the right page(s).
Fast
Access to Items in our Store:
If you are a return customer or a catalog customer
you may know exactly what items you want to buy then use our "Power
Index". Type in the exact item number you want
to buy and you will be taken directly to our store section where
you can quickly and conveniently add items to your shopping cart.

Privacy
Policy:
Our privacy policy is designed to ensure your privacy.
Our site does not automatically recognize your name, address,
e-mail address or similar information. Personal information is
recorded only if you place an order or information request.
When you place an order or access your account information, we
offer the use of a secure server, that encrypts your information
and ensures your privacy. When you order from us you'll be added
to our database to receive future mailings. For postal mailings,
if you do not want your name rented or exchanged - please advise
us by phone, fax, or email. We will not provide your email address
or personal information to any other company for email or any
other electronic transmission over the internet.

Methods:
We accept Visa, Master Charge, Discover, and American
Express. Payment in US funds only.

Shipping
Information:
All Penn State Industry Machines and Accessories are
shipped by UPS or USPS for your convenience. We reserve the right
to ship UPS or USPS at our discretion. Note: Please supply
a street address for your deliveries-No P.O. Boxes.
A minimum of $5.95 shipping and handling fee is charged for
any shipment. Shipping charges for machines and accessories are
listed in our catalog along with product pricing. Prices are for
standard ground UPS deliveries within the continental U.S. excluding
Hawaii, Alaska, and Puerto Rico. Call or email us for shipping
charges to other destinations. Machinery that lists FOB Philadelphia
we will contact you via phone, fax, or email as to the specific
charge prior to processing your order. We will make every effort
to ship parts and accessories the same day or by the next business
day following the customer's order.
Larger machines will normally ship within 48 hours. Subject to
product availability. When ordering within the continental United
States you can expect delivery within seven to ten business days.

International
Orders:
Certain products such as waxes, finishes, machinery,
etc. may only be shipped ground UPS which makes it impossible
for us to ship outside the continental United States. We reserve
the right to ship or not to ship certain products to international
destinations. Freight charges listed in our catalog are for shipments
within the continental United States only. For quotes on freight
charges to International destinations call, email, or fax us.
1) All shipping costs will be the responsibility of the buyer
including but not limited to: shipping costs for original product,
warranty repairs, service, exchanges, product returns, and spare
parts.
2) Penn State will only ship at the buyer's expense by 1st or
2nd day air.
3) The buyer is responsible for clearing customs, duty and other
applicable fees.
4) Since back orders would be shipped at customers expense, we
will cancel any back orders and the customer should re-order the
item(s).
5) All payments should be paid in U.S. dollars.

Lifetime
Guarantee on Plated Components:
Penn State Industries guarantees that gold plated components
specified pen, pencils and similar project kits will not tarnish,
wear, or fade. This guarantee is limited only to the gold plated
components and does not apply to parts that are consumed by normal
use of the product. Penn State reserves the option to replace
the defective component, replace the project kit, or issue a monetary
refund.
Customer
Satisfaction Guarantee:
Penn State Industries wants you to be satisfied with
any purchase you make from our catalog. If you are not completely
satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days.
We will promptly replace the product, give you credit, or refund
your money, whichever you prefer. No reason is required for the
return, however we would appreciate your written comments so that
we can serve you and all our valued customers even better in the
future.

Return
Procedure:
Call Customer Service if you are returning an item for any reason
including: refunds, repair. exchange, credit, etc. You will be
issued a return authorization number that must appear on your
return carton.
Please have your invoice handy when contacting us.
All returns must be shipped pre-paid.
Items being returned for a refund must be packed in the original
box.
Include a copy of your invoice.
Clearly state the reason for your return in writing.
Checking
On the Status of Your Order:
If you are ordering within the continental United States,
you can expect your order within 7 to 10 business days. To check
on the status of an order, you can contact our Customer Service

name and address on all correspondence.

Sales
Tax on Internet Orders for PA Residents or shipments within PA:
We are required by law to collect 7% sales tax on all
orders being shipped within Pennsylvania.
Tax
Exempt Customers:
We are required by law to collect sales tax on all
orders being shipped within Pennsylvania. If you are tax exempt
we require a Tax Exempt Certificate showing that you are not required
to pay tax on items purchased. You can fax a copy of the Tax Exempt
certificate to

Out
of Stock or Discontinued Items:
We make every effort to stock the products listed in
our catalog, occasionally an item you order may be out of stock
or discontinued. In the case of an out-of-stock, we will process
the rest of your order. We will then notify you of the item on
back order.
If an item you ordered has been discontinued, we will notify you
and let you know if there are any recommended replacement items.
