The product LOOKS nice, and putting it together is similar to assembling pens; however, the triangular blade is not practical for truly "opening" letters and other sealed matter.

I started selling pens, pencils, letter openers, bottle stoppers and other PSI items at our local Farmers' Market this year for the first time. I was having trouble selling pen and pencil set because many people don't seem to use pencils as much as they used to. So, I started selling pen and letter opener sets as well as individual items. Wow!! My sales picked up very quickly and have stayed strong. The letter opener is what really gets them. Customers love the feel of the wood handle and the blade does a wonderful job of opening the letters. I keep several old envelopes around so people can see how they work and feel.
