I made two Deer Antlers using this finish. Just incredible results. Be sure to take pictures because these pens will not last long.

This is a great pen kit. It is easy to use and is simple to assemble. I used Brazilian Iron Wood a friend gave me as blanks and they turned out beautiful. I gave most of them away to friends. I'm saving a couple to make "Stars & Stripes" pens.This was a great sale price and the Gun Metal finish is beautiful.

This pen kit is great to make and assemble, but I had the metal finish come off the point of the pen three weeks after the start of use of the pen.

I love the Trimline kits! They are easy to assemble, and can really be dressed up with a nice exotic wood blank. I'm a huge fan of the gun metal and have had many requests from my coworkers for a pen with this finish. It's classy but understated letting the wood grain stand out. I've already put in my order for more gun metal finish pens.
