Beautiful and classy pen when finished. Mated this with the turquoise tru-stone and the result was a gorgeous platinum and blue-green pen. The plastic insert can take a beating from the sharp edge on the tube. Best to chamfer the inside of the copper tube and the pen assembles perfectly.

I purchased several of these to make as gifts (and for myself). This pen is similar to mid-sized rollerballs from other suppliers. What makes this one different is the taper of the pen. Most pens are wide at the middle. This pen has a continuous taper from the top to the tip, making it very stylish. Very pretty with dyed Box Elder Burls.
